30-Day Hassle-Free Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund. Simple as that.


How It Works

To qualify:

  • Your item should be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Keep the original packaging if you can.
  • Just send us your order number or proof of purchase.

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Products that were used or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or downloadable items

Damaged or Wrong Product?

If your item arrived broken, damaged, or it’s not what you ordered — we’re really sorry. Just email us within 7 days of receiving it, include a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. No back-and-forth.

  • Your order number
  • What went wrong
  • A photo if needed

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with return steps.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is covered only if there was an issue on our end (damaged, wrong item, etc.).

When Will I Get My Money Back?

Once your return gets to us and we check it, we’ll send your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
